Fleet cost cockpit · Real product view with demo data
Fuel, maintenance, leasing, fines, insurance, damages, receipts, devices and recurring device contracts feed the same total cost of ownership — each line with its cost type.
Group the same costs by fleet, vehicle, pool, cost centre, driver, device, site or project — depending on who is asking.
The site is enriched from the vehicle rather than maintained on every cost source. Depot, agency or branch becomes reportable the moment a vehicle carries a site.
The project dimension is fed from receipts and damage cases — the records that actually carry a project. Everything else lands visibly under 'unassigned' instead of being inferred from the vehicle.
Compare configured budgets against actual costs and see deviations early.
Analyse across freely chosen periods so trends and outliers become visible.
Export the analysis — for controlling, budget planning or a committee paper.
Viewing, managing budgets and exporting are separate rights, because cost data is not for everyone.
No. The cockpit is an analytics layer: it reads costs from fuel management, maintenance, contract management, traffic fines, insurance, damage management, receipts and device management. Capture happens where the case arises.
Yes. Cost centre is one of the analysis dimensions; cost centres and VAT rates are maintained centrally as financial reference data.
Lease instalments are one of the nine cost sources: they are taken from contract management and apportioned over time. Depreciation is not yet — purchase price, book value and monthly depreciation are held on the vehicle, but do not currently feed the total as their own cost type.
