Yes, the MobilityManager live demo is completely free and non-binding. No credit card, no sales call. Just open the demo environment, sign in with one of the ready-made demo accounts, and explore the fleet management software for as long as you like.
Do I need my own account?+
No. You enter your name, email, company and fleet size once — the two ready-to-use demo logins (driver and administrator) then appear right on this page. You don't create an account of your own. We may get in touch to answer your questions.
What data will I see in the demo?+
The demo environment is populated with realistic, fully fictional fleet data: vehicles with license plates and mileage, drivers, bookings, damage cases, expense receipts, traffic violations, and reports. You experience MobilityManager just like the day-to-day operation of a mid-sized fleet.
Can I create and change data in the demo?+
Yes — please do! Create bookings, report damage, capture receipts, or change settings: the demo runs the full product. Just don't enter any real personal data — the environment is public and all data is automatically reset every night.
How often is the demo data reset?+
The demo environment is automatically restored to a clean baseline with fresh sample data every night. Changes made by other visitors — and your own experiments — disappear by the next day at the latest.
What's the difference between the driver and administrator login?+
The driver login shows the employee perspective: booking vehicles, viewing your own trips and receipts, receiving notifications. The administrator login (SystemAdmin role) shows the fleet manager perspective: full fleet administration, booking approvals, damage management, traffic violations, reports, and system settings.
Is the demo identical to the real product?+
Yes. The demo environment runs exactly the same software you purchase as a perpetual license and operate on your own infrastructure — no stripped-down demo build, no mock-ups. What you see in the demo is what you get.
What happens after the demo?+
Essentials costs €115 per vehicle once, Professional €233; minimum 10 vehicles. First-year care is included; renewal is optional at 20% of net licence value, minimum €490/year. Mobile Connect costs €2/named user/month, minimum €29/month, billed annually, for either relay or direct connection. Hosting and internal IT are separate.
