A perpetual license gives you the right to use the version of MobilityManager you purchased indefinitely. You receive the full application binaries, install them on your infrastructure, and they keep running with no expiry date, no internet check-in, and no forced upgrades. Optional annual maintenance contracts give you access to updates and priority support.

Anywhere that runs .NET 10 and either SQL Server or PostgreSQL. This includes your own data center, a dedicated server, VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox VMs, Docker and Kubernetes, and any cloud provider (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner, etc.). Your data stays exactly where you put it — MobilityManager has no phone-home features or cloud dependencies.

No. MobilityManager is a software product you deploy and operate yourself. This is intentional: many organizations require that fleet and mobility data stays within their own infrastructure for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Both engines use the same EF Core migration set and deliver identical functionality. You can use whichever database is already in your infrastructure or choose PostgreSQL for a zero-license-cost database option.

Yes. All license tiers include unlimited users and drivers. There is no per-seat pricing. Your license fee is based on fleet size (vehicle count) and the feature tier you choose.

Yes. GDPR compliance is built in at the architecture level. Every data change produces an immutable audit record. GDPR deletion requests are handled via pseudonymization. Data retention periods are configurable per tenant with automatic cleanup. Since your data never leaves your infrastructure, you retain full control.

Not the license price, but the estimated total contract value, net, across the entire planned procurement: license, implementation and data migration, maintenance over the intended term, and any optional services and extension options you want to keep open. In addition, a contract must not be split up.

This is where procurements attract scrutiny later on. That is why our quotes list the total value item by item — license, maintenance per year, implementation, optional items — so that your procurement office can document its estimate in a traceable way.

Yes. The UVgO — the German rules for contracts below the EU thresholds — expressly provides for market research (Markterkundung) before a procurement procedure is initiated: you may find out about available solutions so that you can write a sound specification in the first place. A demo is exactly that.

Taking part in market research does not automatically exclude a supplier from the later procedure either. The contracting authority merely has to ensure that no competitive advantage results from it — for example by giving all bidders the same information.

Tell us what your procurement office needs — we will put it together and tell you openly what we cannot provide. Typical items are a specification of services, a technical data sheet, information on data protection and technical and organizational measures, and self-declarations of suitability. On request, we will prepare the quote on the contract forms your organization works with.

A perpetual licence for the purchased package and capacity. You can keep using that software version without renewing optional care. Unlimited web users, drivers and locations are included. Essentials covers one tenant; Professional covers group tenants in one installation and one test environment. Hosting is separate.

The first 12 months of software updates and standard support are included. From year 2, optional care costs 20% of the net perpetual licence value, including resources and after volume and promotional discounts, with one annual minimum of €490.00 per installation. Mobile Connect, onboarding and services are excluded from this base. Renewal terms are agreed in the quote; no retrospective maintenance bill.

Only a named person explicitly enabled for the native app. Driver records and web-only users do not count. One person can use multiple devices and vehicles without extra seats. Seats can be reassigned when staff change. Additional seats are prorated to the renewal date; reductions apply at renewal. €2.00 per user per month, minimum €29.00/month, billed for 12 months. No per-login, action, photo or check fees.

Both use the same Mobile Connect price. Direct connection reaches your own HTTPS endpoint; the hosted relay avoids opening an inbound endpoint. Your IT manages security and availability of your own endpoint. App workflows follow the purchased package. Direct access by our native app does not require Professional; your own integration API clients are covered by Professional and do not count as native-app users. If Mobile Connect ends, native-app access ends; the perpetual web licence continues.

An optional add-on for either package: €20.00 once per managed device, facility, parking space, workplace or room, with a combined €250.00 minimum on the initial add-on order. Later additions cost the unit price without repeating that minimum. Count each resource once, not its users, furniture, consumables or warehouse rows. Resources join the existing care calculation; no second care minimum.

€990.00 once, optionally: one supported installation, import of clean vehicle and driver data using an agreed template, and remote administrator training, up to 6 delivery hours in total. Data cleanup, bespoke migration and additional training are quoted separately.

Own hosting, internal IT and third-party telematics/provider charges. Managed hosting, enhanced SLA, custom integrations and financed purchase are quoted separately. There is no third software package. Existing signed contracts and licence rights remain unchanged.

15% off vehicle and resource perpetual licences for orders received from 5 October through 31 December 2026 (Berlin time). Regular vehicle prices remain €115 for Essentials and €233 for Professional; promotional prices are €97.75 and €198.05, minimum 10 vehicles. Apply the launch discount after the vehicle volume discount and after the initial resources minimum: €250 becomes €212.50. Mobile Connect, onboarding, hosting and services are excluded. Optional care uses the reduced net licence value, with the unchanged €490 annual minimum. From 1 January 2027, regular prices apply automatically; existing contracts are unchanged.
